Right of withdrawal & return

• Reflection time: You have 14 days of reflection after the product is received. The purchase can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the product.
• Product Review: You can unpack, inspect, and evaluate the product, but not install it. If you have put the goods into service, you agree to the purchase. Does the product return and can damage or wear be seen? This will be charged for the damage.
• Return costs: The return costs are at the expense of the customer and cannot be recovered from Wellness Partners under any circumstances.
• Conditions: You wish to return one or more items. To receive a refund of the full purchase price including shipping costs, we ask you to comply with the following conditions:

1. The item has been returned within the 14 day term of view.
2. The article is complete and in original condition. If possible, return the product to the factory packaging.
3. The item has not been used.
4. You clearly indicate in the box who the sender is (by attaching the return ticket) so that we can identify who the return is from.
5. You may also use the European Model Revocation Form to inform us that you are not purchasing. However, use of this form is not required.

• Refund: 14 days after receipt of the return package, the purchase price will be refunded. This refund will be made on the same account with which the goods were paid. If you have paid with a credit or gift card, the treaty will also be refunded in a voucher.
